How onboarding works
1. Add us as a co-host
You add Vacohost as a co-host on your Airbnb listing. No account transfer, no payout changes.
2. Property and vendor intake
We capture access details, house rules, vendor contacts, and the decisions you want escalated to you.
3. Messaging goes live
We take over guest communication and open your WhatsApp channel. Month-to-month from day one.
Your first 30 days
Once your intake and platform access are complete, we'll be ready to begin guest communication within seven business days. If we're late, we'll credit you for the delayed days.
Week 1
Access and intake
You add Vacohost as a co-host and we complete intake: property access, house rules, vendor contacts, guest preferences, and the escalation rules that decide what comes to you.
Week 2
Guest communication stabilized
Our team is answering guests on your listing. We document the questions that recur for your property so answers stay consistent instead of improvised.
Days 15–30
Refinement and review
We refine workflows against what actually came up, then review with you: escalation thresholds, vendor handoffs, and anything worth changing.
Every new co-hosting client receives a first-30-day stabilization review.
